Miguel is an executive-level professional with a long-standing experience holding senior positions at a variety of companies in the telecommunication sector.
Over the past 20 years, Miguel gained a complementary track record in Innovation, engineering, , network operations, quality control, and customer service, working for major telecom players in Chile and Panama.
As the former Chief Technology Officer of WOM Chile, Miguel exhibited visionary leadership and full accountability for the successful implementation of 3G/4G/5G networks, FTTH, and fixed services. With a relentless focus on operational excellence and cutting-edge technology, he successfully led teams, improving processes and procedures to drive revenue, efficiency, and market share.
In his most recent role as Chief Technology Officer at Digicel Panama Ltd, Miguel continued to demonstrate his results-oriented vision and leadership skills. He ensured seamless technology integration and embraced a user-centric design approach, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.
