Today, we are happy to announce the expansion of our Match-Maker network globally and welcome Ashish Mehra from India!
Ashish is an executive-level professional with long-standing experience holding senior positions at a variety of companies in the telecommunication sector.
Over the past 30 years, Ashish gained a complementary track record in Office Automation, Telecom, Consulting and Information Technology. More specifically, he developed expertise in sales acceleration, channel transformation, cost reduction, operating model transformation, process reengineering and digital transformation.
Ashish demonstrated his leadership skills during his years working with Blue-chip organizations like Xerox as Sales Executive and Key accounts business manager, Airtel as Vice President & Head Voice, Regional Business Head and Vice President Business Development, moving on to Singtel as the Country Director India and then Hitachi as Global Services Head pushing the Digital Transformation Agenda.
During his career, Ashish became proficient in developing and streamlining systems and processes with a proven ability to enhance operational administrative effectiveness and competence working cross-functionally to deliver complex solutions within cost, time and quality parameters.
In addition, Ashish exhibited his entrepreneurial initiative in the launch of a consulting practice in Manpower and of a fixed-line business at Barti.
More recently, he started sharing his experience within the telecommunications industry by consulting startups and scaleups in the area of GTM and performance, as well as teaching and coaching at INSEAD.
By joining Match-Maker Ventures, Ashish will share his extensive knowledge and experience in the telecommunication sector and contribute to the growth of our portfolio scaleups!
