Today, we are happy to announce the expansion of our Match-Maker network globally and welcome Milena Kraeva, who is currently located in Bulgaria!
Milena is an executive-level professional with long-standing experience holding senior positions at a variety of companies in the telecommunication sector.
Over the past 30 years, Milena gained a complementary track record in product lifecycle management, business management, and digital transformation, working for major telecom players in Europe and Middle East as well as Government and Semi-Government entities.
In her recent position as TASMU Operations Consultant at MCIT (Ministry of Communications and Information Technology) Qatar, Milena was held accountable to develop and maintain the Innovation Lab strategy and operating plan, leverage development experience to guide innovation projects, proactively engage partners in creating successful outcomes from iLab, and manage and further develop existing partnership ecosystem with more than 30 partners.
As the Senior IoT Manager & Innovation Lead at Vodafone, Milena had full P&L accountability for IoT products and strategy preparation and execution, bringing global IoT capabilities to Qatar and managing the relationship with strategic partners, solution providers, and local authorities.
Milena demonstrated her entrepreneurial leadership also as the Head of Converged and Corporate Solutions Department at A1 Bulgaria, where she led a strategy for the development of FMC and Cloud product portfolio, along with other projects for the development of an Enterprise Customers segment and an FMC Product Portfolio.
Finally, as the former Senior Specialist of several departments at Vivacom, Milena provided executive-level and visionary leadership with full accountability for the organization and preparation of processes and projects and the development of data products for corporate, business, residential and wholesale segments.
By joining Match-Maker Ventures, Milena will share her extensive knowledge and experience in the telecommunication sector and contribute to the growth of our portfolio scaleups!
