After the last major expansion in 2019 to the United States, SNIPES now runs more than 400 stores in 10 markets. Selling products from various brands like Adidas, Jordan, Karl Kani, Nike or Sean John, customer experience is key for SNIPES, not only in-store, but also in the online shop.
The online shop of Snipes represents the main sales channel and communication factor in its 360° customer-centric approach. Snipes was keen to maintain its prominent position in the online space and improve customer experience by accelerating the loading time of the website.
Speed Kit was easily integrated into the Salesforce Commerce Cloud stack of the Snipes Group. To meet the demands of a cross-country, complex architecture, the performance engineers of Baqend created a custom configuration of Speed Kit that helped deliver the maximum performance uplift.
