What’s the opportunity
The MMV Growth Program is a 3-month, high-intensity journey designed to immerse you in the world of technology-driven growth, market dynamics, and commercial execution.
You will learn directly from senior executives who have built, scaled, and sold across the global telecom and tech ecosystem. Expect steep learning curves, constant feedback, and exposure to real client and partner interactions from day one.
You’ll join two other selected talents as part of the first MMV batch, experiencing the full MMV engine in action — from strategy to execution — and shaping your future within our fast-evolving organization.
Your journey
This program is not an internship. It’s a launchpad.
Over three months, you will:
● Explore market direction – track where industries, technologies, and investments are heading
● Spot emerging trends – identify the innovations shaping the next wave of telecom and digital transformation
● Evaluate technology impact – understand how cutting-edge solutions create business value
● Join executive conversations – sit in on client and partner calls to observe real commercial decision-making
● Validate opportunities – analyze business cases, segment markets, and help test-fit for MMV’s portfolio
● Get constant feedback – learn fast, iterate faster, and improve every week through direct mentoring
● Experiment with AI – use modern tools to research, analyze, and enhance our workflows
After these 3 months, you take ownership of your path. You define where your curiosity and performance take you — to Growth & Sourcing, Portfolio Management, Business Development & Sales, or Operational Excellence as we build MMV’s AI-native foundation.
We’ll give you guidance, exposure, and trust — the direction is yours to shape.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for ambitious, analytical, and curious minds who want to understand how technology changes industries and how business impact is created.
You:
● Hold a master’s or MBA degree (or equivalent) with a track record of excellence
● Communicate fluently in English (very very good required; other languages are a plus)
● Are technology-affine and commercially minded
● Can distill complexity into clarity and insight
● Thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
● Are pragmatic, self-motivated, and accountable for outcomes
● Are based or ready to relocate to Vienna and start 01.02.2026 without exception
